so many things happened these past few weeks that i'll just write random stories.

may 14 to 21, i was at cebu! we attended the wedding of my 18 year old cousin (yes, 18), and i was ninong to their child (yes, they have a little girl named raya. go figure!). i was excited to go back to cebu since i know its a great place to be in, my cousins from my mom's side are there, and the fact that this entire summer i haven't been out.. as in out! ... beach! here i come! so i said.

we went to bohol also and we planned to stay there for just a night. but this stupid typhoon dindo just had to visit our lovely shores and ruin my beach outing at panglao island and disallow all boats to leave the ports on the day we were supposed to head back for cebu! hassle! talk about being stranded in an island. there we were, waiting at the port area like refugees, eating street food (which was actually good, and cheap!) eagerly waiting for the coast guard to allow boats to travel na. ang mas frustrating pa dito is that from the bohol port, you could already see cebu island in the distance! haaay..

anyway, we finally got back to cebu and the rest went perfectly. we went around the resorts, got darker, visited the malls (actually, 'mall'. ayala cebu lang pinuntahan namin eh), bonded with cousins, played with my insanely cute inaanak, pigged out like hell in the restos and kainans, hung out at the only starbucks at cebu (where i noticed that not a lot of cebuanos smoke since the inside of starbucks was packed but there were a lot of seats left outside), etc.

this wasn't my first time in cebu. i've been there a couple of times before. but on the plane back to manila, i realized that there is always reason to get excited when traveling to cebu. its because i still had fun, managed to get closer with my cousins, and learned a lot of things about the culture that i've never known before. cebu is definitely a place i'll keep on visiting in my lifetime.

like what i said on a previous post, i can't believe pasukan na! leche! our classes start today! im actually here in the campus right now, hehe! nagpapaka-early bird. daming freshmen! kainis! they make the campus feel more congested and make you feel older by the day! bitter ko, fifth year na kasi eh!

although i can't believe i've actually been studying here for more than fours years na. i can still remember my first day of class in college! it was a thursday, at room SJ106, and the subject was philippine history. my professor reprimanded me coz my mobile phone rang in class! haha! talk about being a newbie..

this morning, all i had for breakfast were oatmeal and papaya. i was even surprised at myself that i survived without eating a piece of that fried chicken right across the table. hehe.

im trying to cut down starting today. naks! i got fatter kasi after i got back from cebu (aside from getting darker and growing my hair longer: can you say caveman?). hehe! gumimick kasi kami ng barkada ko last saturday and i was the fattest! everyone was on the 130-150 lbs range! eh with my height, im already 181 lbs! hassle! hehe! pero ok lang, at least na inspire ako magpa-payat. pero i so bet this isn't gona last long! haha!

i can't believe jamby madrigal is gona win as senator! what the hell! i can't believe pinoys are biting that stupid juday thing and that insanely pathetic jingle! ja-ja-ja-jamby! JA-JA-JA-JAMBY! aaahh! to add to that, bong revilla is winning same with jinggoy. i think i should start buying tickets to the most awaited circus in town: the senate! let's see if i don't laugh my heart out!
