market! market!


i went to the village market recently and i realized how much i've always loved going to the market. i love the whole palengke ingay in the morning and just walking around and looking for the best produce the market has to offer and see other people doing the same thing. i have no qualms about going to any market actually, be it wet market, village market, or supermarket. hehe. i know some people kasi who would just die if they stepped in a wet market.

haven't been going to the market na kasi for a while na 'cause i've always had spanish class on saturday mornings. eh since weekdays na class ko, i got the chance to do the market chores again and wala lang, i just missed it. i recommend that everyone should know how to do the market. i believe its one of the basics in life. this pic was taken at our weekend village market at bf resort although, being the big food consumer my family is, we go to different markets depending on what we need. zapote wet market for fish, vegetables and other stuff. pricesmart, shopwise, or rustan's for chicken, meat, and house stuff like toiletries. village market for vegetables. if there's a special occassion, we usually go to farmer's market in cubao (oo, sa cubao pa) just to buy the best stuff. damn, that market is like the "zion" of all wet markets.
