Pneumonia

It makes me very sad to hear news about young men I know or see at the office who pass away because of pneumonia.  Honestly, and no disrespect to the departed, there must be some way to determine if these people had HIV.  The data needs to be gathered or else we do not really know how widespread the virus is if so many cases get misreported as pneumonia.  I have known four cases within my network who have died of pneumonia but could have been caused by HIV.
